Depression and anxiety

I’m a little depressed. My anxiety is really bad

Hi there i get like that often when i do i try to tune out the things the causes my depression or i watch movies ones that peek my interest i chew gum i lay down i sleep or go for a walk. I try to stay busy to feeling down etc
