Anxiety and panic attacks

Does anybody suffer from anxiety and panic attacks that have no idea where they come from? For instance, I have panic attacks without even thinking of anything. Random times and random places. Also, has anyone had anxiety/panic attacks that were induced by steriods (ex. Prednisone)?

Yes, steroids can make anxiety worse. I also have had anxiety and panic attacks when everything seems to be going well in my life. Sometimes if you really stop and think about it you can determine what caused the panic attack. But if you are currently taking a steroid that can cause the anxiety to increase.
