Anxiety and sleep

Hi friends-

Looking for advice. I’ve been dealing with some major stress in my life and my anxiety is flooding back in. I’m having trouble getting to and staying asleep because my heart won’t stop pounding and is 20 bpm above normal.

Anyone have any advice for a bedtime routine to help alleviate my heart rate and keep thoughts and anxiety at bay?

Making sure to take time to work out or go for a run everyday really improved my sleep and anxiety. I am also a big fan of using essential oils with a defuser.

Thank you. I do exercise daily but I can certainly try oils tonight

hiya .. :) have you ever tried a sound app? . you can use sounds ranging from white noise, to campfires, to crickets to beaches, even humming lol etc... i love them for high anxiety nights.
