Mike you think everyone is heartbroken at seeing you so down, how do you think they will take it if you disappear? Much worse. How would you feel if someone you loved disappeared? You would be frantic imagining the worst and you would never get over it.

Your family is much stronger with you in it so please don't do this to them and yourself. x

I did end up disappearing but I kept Communications at least once a day to let my family know I'm safe I'm doing a lot better I haven't had a break in many years it was much needed thank you for your concerns

It's not a good idea to "disappear." You may find helpful information on this site and equally important, you may be able to help someone else.
