can u deal with the anxiety for ur whole life without medication ?

I think it is possible if you can cope with your triggers but medication makes it easier 100%

i didnt find A MEDICATION that works for my anxiety i tried zoloft and cipralex

Yes of course you can. For some it may help but most it makes them worse due to the side effects. Have you tried CBT? or seeing a psychologist? Mindfulness? Meditation? Exercise? There are so many things you can do without medicating. It's definitely possible.

yeaaaa i saw a psychiatrist and she she gave me ciraple it didnt work so she wants me to try zoloft i dont want to depend on medication im trying exercise gym and some walkin

Try also doing some mindfulness it's a free download and you can get an app on your phone too.

Yes I think I have managed quite well without . But it’s different for everyone

Exercise, yoga snd spirituality helped me xx it’s a long, hard, nonstop journey though for me

Ha..little? I wish...day in day out for me..My moods don't change suddenly though, but they are controlled by my depression and anxiety.. what's your opinion on meds?..I've never taken any..

well i tried cipralex but first 2 weeks with medication was like hell !!!!! now im on my month 6 but i will take off i didnt like it and it didnt work for me my doctor wants me to switch to zoloft but i hated the medication it made me numb and it controlled my feeling with 2 many side effects

Make sure you wean off as directed by your doctor...do NOT just go cold turkey..

Cold turkey is stopping suddenly..you have to wean off medication..slowly..your doctor will Advise..

Yes it’s possible!! You just have to do what’s right for you such as meditation, yoga and therapy is super helpful, don’t listen to the people who say no you can’t live with anxiety without medication, it’s because they haven’t had success with it. I’ve been on medication for 7 months now and it’s seems to be helping me but everyone’s different. I don’t know what I would do without meds but I think it’s possible overcoming anxiety with help

yea me 2 i was taking it for 7 months but i didnt help so much thats why i wil stop it to day is my last pill
