Anyone that has a TENs machine do you use it for chest spasms?

I have a TENS machine could I use it for my chest spams? Where is the best spot to relieve them. I don't know exactly where to put the pads please anyone here that can help me.

If you don't know, don't use it until advised by a professional. As I understand it, improper use of tens in the chest area can actually cause cardiac arrest.

Used on the lower back, legs or even one arm at a time, this is not such a problem, but, using it in such a way that could potentially cause current to pass through the heart muscle COULD potentially be lethal.

I'd steer clear of the chest area. I use mine on back, legs, arms, etc. I agree with old-soul.

Yes. I've used it on shoulder and neck as well.

I just say your reply and you need to just check first. You can also google. I had a car accident and when I went to physical therapy they gave me one. I was told I could use it where ever I had pain.
