Not my home!!

Friends-

Could you provide some insight and suggestions for me? My family and I just went on an 24 hour trip to the zoo. We stayed overnight and visited the zoo today and then headed home this afternoon. It was amazing. I had only one blip of anxiety while we were away. Other than that, it was completely gone. Completely. Now, we are back home and I feel the sensations starting. Exhaustion, feel like I can’t take a deep enough breath......what do I do? Am I sensitized to my home? That is the last thing I want in the world. How can I move past this?!

It sounds like conditioning. You probably experience most anxiety symptoms in your home, so your nervous system is slipping back into the old habits. Please get Claire Weekes' book "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" or "Peace From Nervous Suffering". You'll get a method to get a handle on panic attacks, and be in control of your life again.

Claire Weekes videos are on YouTube, so in the meantime you can watch a few of them and find out what she's like.

At least you enjoyed the zoo!
