Like no one gets you? Your on edge when you sleep, when you drive. Hypervigillant 24/7 single after a horrific many times of domestic violence and feeling useless and stuck after moving states now I'm in a foreign place of just memories

Your in a good place here, glad your sharing about this stuff, it's really helps me a lot to write about my feelings, .....if your okay with it, can you share a bit about if this happened to you as a kid, some repeated trauma....For me, it sorta carried over into my choices as a young adult, and the issues still haunt me today many years later, but you can learn to make better choices when you start understanding ....it will get better with help. Are you seeing a therapist....
