If done it all mindfulness, treatment . I'm kind of a Mess . I suffer ptsd, alcohol/ Chardonnay and OCD it's a hot mess I never saw myself in

I'm also sick of all of the pills that I'm on. R they helping me or are they just making me feel tired & weird. I want to be off of them.
