BAD ANXIETY DAY

Has anyone had a anxiety attack that was so bad that you can't pick up the phone,not wanting to get out of bed, but I made myself go to the living room and clean up the house and then I went back to bed. There has been times that my anxiety was so bad that I get really paranoid and then I start thinking that I'm not a good wife and mom.Im now a grandma with another grandbaby on the way.so I'm looking for someone who can help me.The bad part about my health insurance is I'm only aloud 6 visits a year and it only covers 50%. Hopefully I can find someone who I feel like I can trust. A break on the price would be great.

I found a clinic that paid what you could afford with a min. of 10.00 at least per visit. It was a center that has the therapists who are finishing their required 1000 hours of clinic work to get their permanent license....but I'll tell you...if was the best help I ever got, compared to the 60.oo per hour therapist I struggled paying before that.

Just ask your current therapist if there is a way they might work with you on the cost so you can have more regular visits, and if they can't, could they recommend something that would help you in between visits such as what I just talked about.
