Hi, I joined this group because I suffer from depression and anxiety. This is the first support group I have ever been a part of, and I hope to find support, help and understanding here. I have suffered with depression for 3 years now, and anxiety for 2 years. I am have trouble getting out of bed, returning to my normal self, keeping friends, etc. Recently I have been searching and trying to find my purpose and what if I never find it?
