Don't believe I'm here again...

So I've felt like something has been stuck in my throat for like a month.... can breathe right, eat & drink no issue. No blood... convinced a bone is in my throat. My husband keeps telling me it's my acid reflex ... And this weekend my chest has decided to hurt. Again, honey says it's the acid reflux.... but I'm freaking out.... keep thinking it's my heart... 😢😢😢 made an appt. with doctor, Thurs am. Went through this (minus throat) 10 years ago.... 😢😢😢

I have those feelings when I'm about to have/am having/and have had a panic attack. I felt like a pill was stuck in my throat for weeks but I realized it was just my throat and chest tightening.

It also could be acid reflux though! Meditating helps relieve those panic feelings, and zantac helps with acid reflux (might be worth a shot to give yourself some peace of mind)
