Recently i've been doing a check up on myself, the way i was used to be from 5 years now, i did notice my self-steem has changed, but unfortunally not for better, does anxiety has something to do with that? And if yes, what are the ways i can get through this? i really need to recover that part of myself

Some people say using affirmations help. Watching the self talk.

Anxiety can be part of this. But a way I try to help myself is to think positive thoughts. And it doesn't just have to be about your body. It can be about your personality too. You think you have nice eyes, or that you're funny or something like that. And focus on the things you like. When you notice you think bad thoughts, try to push it out and replace with a good one. It takes time but it will start to work.
