Day off

Is it normal to want to take a “day off” from working on controlling anxiety? I’ve been in therapy for a couple months for anxiety and depression and have gotten lots of tools and resources to get it under control.

But this week, my anxiety is bad. Everyday has been exhausting and I just want to forget about working through my thoughts and feelings and just give in for one night.

What inspires you to not give up or stop trying?
