I've never loved travel and find it a big trigger for anxiety. This week I'll be traveling with some family for both business and pleasure...hoping to make some special memories. It is a great opportunity but it's also a lot of work. Do any of you with anxiety have tips for how to travel well? I'll have xanax with me as needed, will try to stay well rested.
