Allergic reaction or mental illness?

For over a month now I have had what I think is an allergic reaction but, I can't rule out my mind doing this to me. I get what appears to be a sunburn on different parts of my body including my face, shoulders, chest, back and thighs. I have an appointment next month with an allergist but, I've ruled out shellfish, meds and diet. I tried researching it online but, its a very unusual symptom. I was wondering if anyone had heard of anyone having this kind of reaction? The reaction has happened over 10 times now and I just can't figure it out. Maybe its just stress.

I've been experiencing something similar as well. I have hives and it appears when my depression gets bad. Let me know what you find out please
