Can you describe a panic attack?

And I don't mean a full blown one, but rather a small one. I hope this makes sense. I ask because I am not sure if what I am experiencing would be considered a panic attack or not as it is definitely not a full blown one like I have read about online. It could just be the fact that I was overwhelmed with a mix of emotions that led me to cry, feel sick to my stomach and a slight shortness of breath.

I have anxiety... my hands sweat along with my arm pits, my heart races & I feel totally out of control, I know in my head I'm not dying but sure does feel like it could happen! Peace to you! XXX

Carry-On it sounds more like an anxiety attack which is a lesser version of Panic Attack. x
