Seem to jump start my depression way more then any other day.. does it happen to anyone else? How do you keep the monster thoughts out and the positive thoughts in

sure mondays can suck, it means you have a whole work week ahead of you, or school, etc. But at the same time...one day at a time....and the weekend is here again ....

Hi I try to keep busy and be around positive people. Treat yourself to something after finishing a job.

Ive heard that doing small tasks that keep your hands busy, like painting, playing an instrument, etc will help keep the unwanted thoughts at bay if you start doing these tasks right when you notice the bad thoughts seeping in. Also watching a funny video or tv show helps.

Hello, not always possible to block"bad". Thoughts entirely. But, i try to replace them with good. Like reading, crafting, baking, doing quizes,, anything that will occupy my mind.
