What's wrong me?

I've been on Zoloft 150mg for almost 3 years and yesterday out of the blue I started having anxiety really bad, having a hard time breathing. Feel the same way today i had to work but couldn't make it through my shift.. can my anxiety not be working

Have you been ill? Changed caffeine consumption? Been under a lot of stress? Any major changes in your life?

Can I ask your age? Do you need a physical? Thyroid okay? Perhaps a visit to your PC is in order?

There are many ways to peace

What helps me more than Ativan ambient and abilify etc. is to volunteer to help others and listen to positive music.

My doc always told me that the spring and fall were the worst times for depression sufferers. If you're going to have problems with your med, it will probably be now. Let your doctor know about this ASAP.

The three year mark of being on my celexa is when I began noticing negative chances and had to up my dosage of the medication. May be time to call the doc and see if your meds are still working for you. Love and light. 🤗
