i've got a friend who do self harm by slashing her tummy with her tiny blade. i asked her multiple times to seek professional help but she dont wanna do it. she lives in another city (6hrs travel from my city) so i cannot be with her whenever she feels ver sad. whenever she's sad, i call her but it doesn't seem enough. i dont know what to do. i dont wanna lose her.
