Been on medicaton it worked they added another first dosage was fine they upped it anxiety has been slipping back had two mini panic attacks that involved disorientation wich is a new one for me its like i forget where i am for a second now ive lost my confidence in the meds and have anxiety about anxiety

sorry....hope your doctor or therapist gets your dosage adjusted for you right.

Hang in there . It will get better. Tell your doctor about your increased anxiety.

I found from my personal experience the medicine only took the edge off my panic attacks. The attacks still accured but with less intensity. Your body might have built up a tolerance to the medicine. What ultimately worked best for me was the medicine and actually experiencing the panic attack and waiting for it to dissipate. Since we are all different what worked for me might not for you.

i just recently started busbar she upped my dossage and my anxiety has been creeping up more before i was just taking lexapro it worked like a champ
