I do this thing where I can not pick an outfit in the morning. I get so frustrated and end up being late and then hate myself for hating myself. I'm really jittery today and angry and on edge. And I feel horrible for feeling horrible.

one thing I would suggest is to get ready the night before, and then do some relaxation for the night. Also maybe talking to your doctor or therapist about how your feeling and see if they can help you.
I get horrible anxiety when I am late - so I try setting an alarm for like 15 mins before I actually need to leave the house to give me a bit of a buffer. I find that helps a bit because it helps me feel a bit more control. As for the outfits - I try and plan the night before.
