I know how you feel, just getting up myself. Try to take deep breaths and focos on your breathing..than as difficult as it is, for me too.. do something, anything for yourself..read, watch a movie you like, the most important thing is to do something. As I write this, I find it hard to do myself..my husband wants a divorce after 30 yrs so believe me when I say I know how you feel..sending Hugs to you❤️
Hi Marilee, I can relate as soon as I open my eyes depression and anxiety is staring me in the face, it's hard to even get dressed, sometimes I don't want to go to bed at night because I know I have to wake up in the morning so you are not the only one feeling that way.
I feel you. Mornings can be hard.
