Hello, everyone..
I'm a nurse.I have socialphobia and stage anxiety. But, I wanna pass it.
Hi
Your post is too short, therefore I am not able to understand your concern.
Anyway don't worry, I will try to explain to the best of my ability. Firstly, you are a nurse and your profession itself demands a lot of communication and collaboration from you. Having social phobia is nothing new. Everyone has it, let's accept that first. The degree to which it affects an individual can be a point of concern. I have social phobia, but it's only for a couple of seconds (or maybe a minute) at the beginning.
There have been multiple days where I didn't sleep the previous night owing to presentations that I had to give the next day. But at the end, everything went fine.
The things we worry about have a surprisingly low probability of happening in real life. The same is true about stage anxiety. Performance anxiety is absolutely necessary because it brings out the best from you. The first few seconds may involve stammering or hesitation, but as you continue, you will find great level of involvement and you will feel energetic.
At the end, you will feel content and you will wonder why you were anxious in the first place. How stupid that feeling was.
At the end, I would conclude by saying that you are a nurse. People like you make a difference in other people's lives. For that even I am grateful to you.
I hope this cheers you up.
You will pass it. Get more involved in the activities you like and try to distract your mind for a bit.
Thank you!
