Needing some help

So I’m new to this site and I’m hoping I can find out how other people try and calm themselves when they are having an aggression attack?

Heyo, all I can think of when I have an attack or I start panicking for some reason is think of a happy place or someone close to you. I always think of my best friend who has supported me so much so far through my anxiety. Sometimes I think of a beach at night, and hearing the waves crash the shore. Looking up at a clear sky and seeing stars.

When you are having an attack you feel awful try to fight back with good things. If you want to know some other tips you are welcome to message me.

Go on YouTube and type in relaxation sounds or relaxation sites or meditation I hope this helps

Hey Newkid, I can relate to what you're saying. I have agression and anxiety attacks all the time. What I like to do is if you're feeling super anxious, either listen to something to distract you, like a funny video or soothing music, or go for a run or something like that to take your mind off of things. When I'm feeling super agressive, I sometimes go up to my room and scream and punch a pillow, sometimes even cry until all the anger gets out. Hope this helps.
