Sounds like you need to find a way of helping you, what do you do to chill out? Not easy with 3 kids x

Just my advise, you may want to go to your doctor. Strangers getting on your nerves is one thing. But when your home life is getting to you well....your going to need a bit of help. Kids drive you crazy but if you see them as annoying, etc it usually is a sign of hormones going wild or the term "midlife crisis" which ironically doesn't have to hit in the middle. If you want try and get away by yourself a few days if you can. After that if everything is overwhelming you like it is now then try your doctor. Hope everything gets worked out.

Hey Cindy, For me personally, when I feel very anxious and on edge, everything in my life really suffers from family relationships to things as basic as grocery shopping. I usually try and take some form of time out, either just taking a break from the city and going home to my parents for a weekend. Or switching my phone off and doing something that i find helps me not think for a few hours. I don't have kids so for me I get away with only being able to think about what I need - but perhaps your husband could support you so you can take a bit of time for you?

The other thing I'd suggest is if a time out isn't enough and just won't cut it - you should visit your GP and see what they can advise. Good luck!
