I had great day today... the first in a long time (2 months) and it made me realize why I love my life so much I want to school and enjoyed it again I saw my friends, taken to the teacher that stresses me out with minimal anxiety, I could breathe the lode nosy hallways.I don't know exactly what happened maybe my coping method finally started wording but I really hope this feeling stays with me for a long time thanks for reading this.

Cool! Good Work Sly!!!

Keep doing the good stuff! Remember today!

Take a photo of yourself smiling today, and keep it around. This will be a good reminder of what "good" feels like and when you are feeling less than awesome, you can look back at today, and remember what it feels like to feel Great! :-)

Hooray! :-) :-)
