Can anti depressants mess with menstrual cycle and cause abnormal bleeding

Yes specially in first few months. Happened to me with Prozac and recently with a tricyclic antidepressant nevertheless it is worth a visit to your gynecologist just to be sure everything is okay, that’s what I did.
