Hi all. Four years ago I had a major panic attack and have been living with generalized anxiety and panic disorder ever since. I occasionally battle boughts of depression as well. Just before New Years I had the most intense panic attack I’ve had in years due to a hangover. In the moment of that attack, I started to write this article which is a reflection of what the last four years have been like. It got a lot of positive support and reaction from people who read it.
