Hi all. Four years ago I had a major panic attack and have been living with generalized anxiety and panic disorder ever since. I occasionally battle boughts of depression as well. Just before New Years I had the most intense panic attack I’ve had in years due to a hangover. In the moment of that attack, I started to write this article which is a reflection of what the last four years are like. It got a lot of positive support and reaction from people who read it. I wanted to share it here in hopes of encouraging others, and because, frankly, I like sharing my story and not hiding what I have to deal with. I hope it helps you...
