Off serotonin enhancer

At my wife's urging I got off Cymbalta after taking it for years. Some things are better without it. It does have a very flattening effect on a lot of important things. Still, I am having wild downs, nightmares, and pretty intense, not entirely logical suicidal ideation. This ebbs and tides, but it has been about five months now and I am not getting any saner. Basically I do not have anyone to talk to so I dumped here. I hope that is OK.
