Anxiety can begin after birth, as can severe postpartum depression. I had the depression for months, it is all the hormonal upheaval. I would talk to your gynecologist. Do not suffer needlessly there is help. Go for it. I Wish you well. Send Love & Hugs Sprinkle 1

I had my before I gave birth but after 2 postpartum depressions it became a lot worse for me! You are not alone and i'm here for you if you need me! A big hug for you from me! XXX

Weird though with my second pregnancy I didn’t have it. Not untill now after 2 years

Yes, I’m currently seeing a psychiatrist. He told me its just anxiety and there’s nothing to be scared about. Easy to say for people who don’t experience it. It’s like living a nightmare everyday. Fortunately, My anxiety has somewhat subsided.

He doesn't sound very understanding, I don't get that one, mine is very kind and compassionate. I'm glad you are feeling better! Take care of yourself, you're number 1 in your life, don't forget that!!!!! XXX
