Worried about money

My anxiety is so high and chest is super high. How can I tell myself things are gonna be okay...

I constantly worry about money also and how I am going to pay the bills. What if I can’t pay them. Will I become homeless. It’s never ending.

So sorry you are worrying about money as well.

I don’t know your situation, but I am married. I know my husband will still work if I can’t, but I don’t feel like he can make enough to cover our bills. Hopefully you have others who can help you out if you worse comes to worse.

I hate money, and that we have to have it to live. It causes my anxiety to go crazy.

Sorry I wasn’t much help in re assuring you that everything is going to be ok. Things always seem to work out though. Keep the faith is what I’ve been told. Maybe try repeating something positive over and over when your mind starts dwelling on money.

Best wishes for you. If I ever come into some money I am helping everyone on here who needs it because I know how much money problems feed anxiety.

It sure can affect how the brain works. You're so stressed out ya can't think. It's a scientific fact. How can u think right if you are scared to death from stuff in your life!

I wanted to add: I think if you cannot think straight ( pardon the repetition) it is a different story from something like " just do yoga or turn of music". It's also a huge difference from having a support system and not having one or not having much of one near by.
