New to the group

Anyone out there diagnosed with Bipolar and GAD ? Really struggling lately with the anxiety ...never feel right ! Then of course the hypochondria kicks in and I think I have every disease you can imagine ...certain family members are getting sick of me ...no one seems to understand ...that's why I decided to join this group

Welcome! There are many people on here going through this same thing. I just have anxiety and yes I can so relate as every day it's a battle to try to feel normal and not spend my day in a panic over every physical symptom I have that day. And I don't want to bother my husband do I suffer by myself it is hard for someone not going through it to truly understand.

Thank you ! Yes it's so hard for anyone that does not suffer with anxiety to understand what you are going through ...every day is a battle ! Every physical symptom I experience always makes me think the worst is going on ...just happy to know that I am not the only one that experiences this ...because I have been thinking I am losing my mind !
