Uncontrollable anxiety over petty matters

Over the past few months, I have been experiencing sudden bursts of anxiety over little things. Minor issues like a conflict with someone has uncontrollable effects on me. I get scared and angry at the same time. However I'm perfectly fine if there's no problem at hand.

Any advice to cope with it effectively?

I would talk to my Dr. you may need a mild anti anxiety med do Not suffer needlessly . Take care of it so it does not grow any larger. I suffer from anxiety and it is hell, I am on two anti anxiety med's. Catch it before it grows. Consider seeking a psychiatrist who deals with anxiety and depression they often go hand in hand. I am with you, fight this illness, that is what it is the brain is out of synk. Take good care of yourself. Sending Love & Hugs, Peace. Sprinkle 1

I have heard anxiety meds alter your brain chemistry.
