How do you even cope up with anxiety ? I have anxiety all the time

i experience anxiety which seems like it's never ending as well, whether it's in the form of ocd, ptsd, or generalized anxiety, it seems like it never goes away. i find that breathing exercises can calm me down when in the middle of progressing anxiety. there is also an app called calm harm which gives you activities to do when you are experiencing anxiety or the urge to self harm, this app also has a guided breathing technique that should help. for severe anxiety, i normally take a xanax, but that is only if it is to the point where it is absolutely unbearable. anxiety is an non stop thing for me as well, and it's so normal to me that sometimes i don't even realize that it's not the way everyone else goes through the world. hang in there, i hope things get better!

Try to refocus your thoughts on positive , happy places in your mind! Don't forget to take deep slow breaths!!!!!!
