Day 2 of hell on earth. Any tips?

This has been the second day in a row in which I am so super emotional it sucks. I’m physically exhausted and sick. I don’t know how to calm myself down. I try a bunch of things but it doesn’t work. Meds, essential oils, music, crosswords, reading, writing, mindfulness, art in every form, therapy, groups.

Any ideas other than what I listed that works for you guys?
