That sounds excessive for anxiety O-mai. It would be better that you spoke with a doctor who can let you know if any deficiencies are going on and what to do about it. Please let us know how you make out. I wish you well xx

Maybe it's the stress that come from the obsessive thinking (over thinking)

I went to the doctors like three time all described to me some pills, vitamins and shampoo and than I decided to try a blood test and it shows that im healthy nothing to worry about ... that's why i think it the cause of anxiety

O-mai, as long as you have been checked out by the doctors, you can probably assume that it is from extreme stress and anxiety. I would continue with the vitamins and shampoo, it couldn't hurt. xx

I'm 37 and been dealing with it bad since july. What did help a little, i managed to finally get a haircut and the way it got layered saved my butt. Its not falling out quite as bad now. I feel your pain, all of it, why us?

Yep. I used to have too much hair. curly locks that if i held my hands out they were way past my shoulders horizontally. I had to get my hair thinned. Now I miss it. The doctor says to go to the dermatologist but I know it's futile.
