I do not know how old you are, but I do remember from centuries ago that college was hard. However, can you go to a career center and see what your interests and aptitudes are, and see what careers,training might be involved? You can do this!

Can't go back to school cause I owe money...crazy thing I'm not sure I'm even ready for school cause of this depression. It's actually ruining my life

Well, in that case at least you recognized it now, but it does not have to define you. I hope you can get some counseling and some medical advice also.
