I was supposed to see a psychiatrist friday but my appointment got canceled nd they said I could go in today. I went today feeling nervous but somewhat excited that I'll be able to get a form of help and be able to talk about some things. I get there and im told my insurance was terminated the 1st of december. Just my fucken luck. I've been trying to let it go but I had to write about it. I hqte that thing's like this are able to mess with me so much. Just Venting again

Oh i feel your pain, im in a severe ocd depression and its impossible to get help around here, i think im too fsr gonr now...i hope everything works out for you. Take care

Thanks i called my insurance they said to call back in a couple day's hopefully Im able to get back.
