Anxious about being here

Hi everyone I'm Speedy. I don't really know where to begin and I'm completely new to this thing. I'd like to eventually be brave enough to share more about how my anxiety and depression affect me. I've always wanted a support group but I didn't think there was AA for anxious people. Letters still could work though Anxious Anonymous. Anyway I look forward to reading everyone's story and hoping to connect with you guys.
