Hey there Angiebaby! First off let me say I have been dealing with anxiety and panic disorder for 10 years, and with that comes ALOT of worrying! So I know exactly where you are coming from. However something you say struck with me, and it is the word "control". I use to always have to be in control or what I thought was control. However control is kind of a funny subject, because in the grand scheme of things we control VERY little. So with that being said, we can only do so much about things whether we have control over them or not. I learned this from many many therapy sessions. Do you see a therapist? Might be of some help. Hopefully you can curve your worrying some and hopefully it wont bother you as much in the near future.
I do not currently see a therapist as I think there are worse people out there than me and although I am aware that I have very little control yet I still seem to worry so much about things that I can't do anything about.
Thank you for your kind words and quick reply much appreciated.
