Following! I don’t know any but I really hope you find some!!
So far I've found Calm and Headspace for anxiety management and an amazing music app called Ananda that lets you customize peaceful music to your likes
Apps have never worked for me unfortunately..BUT I do journal, doodle, draw etc. while I listen to some calming music. Maybe that will help?
