I have learned that we never know what tomorrow holds and if we end our lives we will never experience the true gift of life which is surprises. God has things in store for you that may use you to help others by sharing your story to help them get through. Don’t give up! Pray and also imagine Jesus sitting at the end of your bed watching over you while you sleep. That helps me to fall asleep. Also in the morning I name what I’m Grateful for and take 10 min to close my eyes breathing in deep and out slowly. I hope this helps. I pray that my panic disorders can help someone else.

Hello, May I say Go and Get Help ASAP. Talk to your Dr. if you do not have a Dr. Go to ER. You are in need of Help Now. I know most of the things you are feeling, they are awful, frightening and scary. Be good to yourself, tell you sick brain to "Shut Up", think positive as much as you can, get help do not suffer. Sounds like you need med's. My brain goes wild at times, and I am glad to take my med's. Depression/anxiety are recognized illnesses, nothing to be ashamed of. Millions in the US have this illness. Look for a therapist, even a psychiatrist - they know a lot about the brain and med's. Find a support group they are wonderful. Talk to us here we will try to help you and give you love and support. We are pulling for you. Be extra good to yourself at this time, love yourself. We send love, I send love and Hugs. Sprinkle 1
