What are your tips or tricks that you use when you have panic attacks ? I have done the breathing exercises and I am not sure how long this will help.

Breathing exercises are great. If you're looking for new tips some of us don't feel like exercising when we are anxious but that can actually cure a lot. Even if you just put on some music and start dancing it's just like the doctor says, Burns off the anxiety. truthfully. And if you exercise at times that you're less anxious that will stop the anxiety from coming on in the first place. I only wish that I were better at taking my own advice, but it doesn't make it any less true 😉
I read articles (not related to anxiety) online until they passed. Another thing was looking at classic cars for sale on eBay even though I wasn’t going to buy, it was kind of a hobby of mine. Anything to distract me way from the feeling until it passed. You CAN get over this. I’m proof, It’s been 12 years since I had a major attack. You just need to understand what they really are and how to react or not react to them. It took me a while to get there but you can.
