Citalopram

Hi all. People on here that have taken or are currently on citalopram. Do you know if citalopram stops the anxiety first then the deprssion? Or does it ease both around the same time? And how do you know if it's just not working at all for you?

I only ask this because I took a beta blocker a couple of days ago at the same time as my cit and that day I felt so low so I was convinced that the anxiety was masking the depression!

So are you saying that there's no evidence to say wether the two things mask eachother? I'm confused. Sorry. Xx
