Fear of anxiety

I have anxiety and been on meds for 5 years. I am scared of the anxiety and I'm scared of the thoughts. Meds are not working.

Have you ever been to any type of therapy or counseling? Medicine can only do so much for most people, it makes some therapy to go with the medicine.

Yes I've been to therapy but I'm scared of the anxiety so it won't stop. Have a call in to my doctor

Hi. I was pm Prozac for 10 years, according to my Psychologist I built a tolerance, she put me on Zoloft, same thing happened. I am in a mess now as we are trying to find something that will work for me. Do NOT give up, it is not easy. I send you strength and love. Sprinkle 1
