It seems 9 years of bottling up my fears and weaknesses has resulted in my first attack. Ever since then, I've been feeling slightly shaky. Talking about anything emotional even mildly seems to exacerbate it. I'm starting to get into exercise and eating now more often which I hope helps with the recovery just a bit. Anything to get me back to work.
