Well the past month.things have been on the up.i have been going out social drinking.enjoying making new friends.living life again.love my job even though some days are sad.(i work as a carer) but seeing smiles on peoples face makes it worth it.i am starting to feel happy with my self again and thats what counts.just to let people know there is hope even though we dont see it sometimes..best wishes.x
