Hi, I am new here as well. I am experiencing anxiety and a bout of insomnia. No fun. Am taking zoloft and clonazepam occasionally to help me sleep. Am here for social support. Thanks.

Please stop taking Diazepam. It is addictive and you keep needing to increase the dose to get the same relief. Also--when it wears off, you are left in the same state as you were in before you took it. It gives only short time relief but is no help in the long term.
